We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened hardware. Due to the nature of our products, software-linked items or devices with broken security seals may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, antennas, and accessories.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department with the RMA clearly marked.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware and process your refund within 5 business days.
